Subscriptions for the Limelight Theatre's 21st 2012-2013 Season are on sale now!  All packages offer tickets to be used in any combination for regular season performances.  Play 14 offers 14 tickets-perfect for couples who want a full season subscription.  Play 7 offer 7 tickets-best known as an individual full season.  Play 4 offers 4 tickets for those who prefer a sampling of the performances.  Our season lineup is:

a bluegrass/country musical about Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn
book by William Hauptman, music & lyrics by Roger Miller, Family Friendly

Based on Mark Twain's novel, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, this bluegrass and country musical brings the classic tale to toe-tappin' life! Huck and the gangd encounter more twists and turns than the Mississippi River as their journey unfolds and life lessons are learned.

Fri 10/26 – Sun 11/18    BOEING - BOEING
a classic farce by Marc Camoletti
winner of the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play in 2009

It's the 60's, and a successful Parisian bachelor juggles romances with three "air hostesses" from different airlines with the help of his exasperated housekeeper.  A sudden change occurs in the timetables he uses to track his "liaisons", and chaos ensues in the hilarious farce!

The Forever Plaid boys are back in action when the heavenly Rosemary Clooney calls on them to add a little of their posthumous harmony to the world.  Christmas classics delight as well as audience favorites featuring the Rockettes and the Chipmunks!  This holiday show is truly heaven-sent!

a coming of age tale by Neil Simon
winner of the Tony Award for Best Play in 1991, Family Friendly

When Jay and his younger brother Arty are left in the care of overbearing Grandma Kurnitz and sweet but slow Aunt Bella, Jay must come to terms with his bleak life in Yonkers.  After a tumultuous teenage year, will Jay learn to accept his comically dysfunctional family?  Gotta love Neil Simon!

made into the popular 1956 film starring Burt Lancaster and Katherine Hepburn, Family Friendly

In Depression era America, spinster-like Lizzie Curry's family worries more about their daughter's marital prospects than the drought that is threatening their ranch.  When a handsome stranger arrives and promises rain for $100, a chain of events has Lizzie seing herself in a whole new light.

Gibby Hayden is not putting the effort into his 27-year marriage that his career driven wife Suzannah expects.  Suzannah finally hires an assistant named Beth who whips their household into Southern-style shape, causing a rift between the married couple while she's at it.  Who will stay and who will go in this uproarious comedy?

a musical comedy

It's Catholic school in the 1950's, and Eddie Ryanis navigating his school years and beyond while dealing with puppy love, patron saints, and sex education.  This coming of age musical has him questioning his faith while finding himself.
